Our apparel is garment-dyed and should be laundered before wear, either alone or with like colors. Due to the nature of garment dyes, there might be slight variations in colors. Garment-dyed clothes will fade naturally over time.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Follow care instructions: Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided on the care tags attached to our products. These instructions are designed to help you clean and maintain your fabric items properly.

General care tips:

  • Always separate colours to prevent bleeding.
  • Use appropriate water temperature and washing cycles as recommended.
  • Avoid using harsh detergents and do not bleach.
  • Dry fabrics as instructed, either by air drying or using a dryer on the recommended setting.
  • Avoid drying in direct sunlight, spot cleaning or ironing.
  • Avoid washing with garments that have rough textures or trims that may catch on the fabric.

  • ORGANIC COTTON

    • Machine wash in cold water to preserve colour and prevent shrinkage.
    • Wash with similar colours to prevent bleeding.
    • Turn the t-shirt inside out before washing to reduce wear and tear.
    • Use a gentle detergent to maintain the fabric's integrity and colour.
    • If using a dryer, use a low heat setting.
    • Avoid spot cleaning, bleach, or harsh chemicals.
    • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.

  • HEMP

    • Machine wash in cold water to preserve colour and prevent shrinkage.
    • Wash with similar colours to prevent bleeding.
    • Turn the t-shirt inside out before washing to reduce wear and tear.
    • Use a gentle detergent to maintain the fabric's integrity and colour.
    • Air dry or tumble dry on low heat to prevent excessive shrinkage.
    • Lay flat to dry to maintain shape and prevent stretching.
    • Hemp naturally softens with each wash.
    • Avoid hanging for long periods to prevent stretching; fold instead.

  • KNITS

    • Wash your item as little as possible; spot clean when needed.
    • Dry cleaning is recommended.
    • Wear a base layer beneath your item to keep it clean from the inside.

    If wet washing:

    • Use a wool soak that does not require rinsing, such as Eucalan No Rinse or Soak No Rinse laundry soap.
    • Do not agitate your item in the water.
    • Press dry with a towel; do not rub or wring out your item.
    • Lay your item flat to dry and reshape when wet.

    The Roulé Collection uses a super soft mohair/wool blended yarn, which may shed at first due to its fluffiness, but shedding will reduce over time
