We make our products with tender love and care that incorporate costs that can’t quite be listed in tidy fashion – R&D, employee wages, retail space, utilities, marketing, and others are accounted for in our markup price.

Proper documentation is included with each shipment to qualify for duty exemption. Please note that Merge is not responsible for any tariffs, duties, or import fees that may be applied by customs. If assessed, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All orders ship from our flagship store in Tofino. We offer free shipping* on orders Canadian and US orders over $175. Orders eligible for free shipping promotions will be sent using standard shipping methods, including tracking. Shipping rates for orders under $175 are calculated at checkout. 

Any additional costs incurred for orders outside of Canada, rejected or return packages, as well as re-shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility. 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on full-priced items and offer full refunds, or store credit. We do not cover return shipping costs or duties related. We offer 100% store credit only for products purchased during a promotion. Final sales items are not eligible for return or exchange.
