We do not guarantee on-time delivery for orders outside of Canada.
The customer is responsible for entering the correct address. If you live in an apartment/suite, it is your responsibility to make sure it is entered. Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer as well as the cost for re-shipping.
The customer is responsible for the shipping option picked. Some do offer tracking and some don't.
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items returned to us must be in original, re-sellable condition with all tags. In order to qualify for a return, you must contact us at email@example.com. Once the items are back in our possession, we will do a partial refund (shipping charges for online orders can not be refunded). We have the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. .
Please note that shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. In addition, the following products are not eligible for return: soaps, books, pacifiers, vintage clothing, magazines, greeting cards, lingerie, swimsuits, discounted items, custom order. Your shipment must be sent prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges online. The quickest way to exchange your item is to place a new order right away, and return your original purchase for a refund (return policy applies).
We do our best to describe fit and sizes in the product descriptions. It is the customer's responsibility to read the details and email us if they want more details about fitting.
