Orders
No, some brands are excluded from promotions—this includes but is not limited to our fern fins, Olann x Merge knitwear, Cristina Gareau's prints, ceramics, and items already on sales.
No; discount codes, promotion and shipping discounts cannot be combined. Moreover, a running promotion cannot be applied to previous orders.
Our Welcome discount and free shipping promotion cannot be combined in a single order. You may choose the discount that best suits your needs for each purchase.
No, we don’t include paper invoices in our packages as we aim to do our best to help Mother Nature. The only proof of purchase you’ll receive is the email confirmation with your order number.
Once you've received an email that your order is ready to be picked up, you are welcome to come by at any time during our store’s hours—we’re open every day from 10-5.
Shipping & Returns
First you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Then, once we’ve packed and shipped your order (usually within 24-72 hours) you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking so you can follow your package’s journey.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to qualify for a refund. Items must be in original condition with a valid receipt. In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, please contact us at hello@shopmerge.ca for further instruction.
Once we receive your parcel, we’ll issue a refund for your item(s) minus the cost of shipping and any associated duties. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. If the original method of payment isn’t available, a store credit will be issued.
When ordering to a destination outside of Canada, you may be required to pay duties andforeign taxes in addition to your shipping fee. These additional fees are not covered at checkout and are not the responsibility of Merge. Shipping andforeign duties are non-refundable, and we are unable to issue a refund or store credit if your package is denied.
